Session 2: Building an AI Foundation for Growth

Welcome to Part 2 of our 3-Part AI Educational Program Series!
The AI Opportunity, How we are Already Using it and What’s Next

Event Overview

A key question in corporate AI adoption – “How do we proceed?” – is posed and addressed by the panel in this session. In particular, we examine the organizational use of AI from a people perspective. The panel will explore how to foster a culture that embraces AI and innovation by creating an environment that encourages experimentation and acceptance of new technologies. Technology governance models needed in an AI-equipped workplace will be examined. Developing an AI-ready workforce is an enormous challenge for business leaders in the next decade, so we evaluate the skills and training employees will need to work effectively with AI, and the partnerships and collaborations that could enhance a company’s AI capabilities.
