Private Board Compensation
Overview
Join the MN Chapter to hear from national experts about private board compensation. Our speakers, Bonnie Schindler and Chris Callegari, from Compensation Advisory Partners, will share results from their annual compensation survey. This topic is relevant to our members and guests for a number of reasons. Private company owners need to understand the compensation landscape to recruit the best board members. Furthermore, potential board members want to know what to expect when considering board opportunities. Understanding this context will help leaders be more strategic in their governance-related endeavors. Moderator Amy Fredregill from the Minnesota PDA Chapter will facilitate questions from participants; please register to join us and be thinking of questions you would like to discuss on this important and strategic topic.
