Eric Gonzaga National Managing Principal Human Capital Services Board Executive Pay Consultant

Eric Gonzaga is a principal and practice leader for the Human Capital Services (HCS) group in Minneapolis. He also serves as the National HCS leader for health care. Gonzaga specializes in total compensation strategies, having served as a board adviser for private equity and financial institutions; private and public sales, service, and manufacturing firms; and the array of health care provider, managed care and service organizations. 

Brad Beckman COO/EVP Smead Manufacturing Company

Brad Beckman is a senior financial and operations executive with over 35 years of experience assisting public and privately held manufacturing and retail companies grow their businesses worldwide. Brad’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale transformation initiatives, optimizing financial management processes in complex, global business environments, and executing M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle in domestic and global markets. He also brings deep corporate governance experience through his work with corporate and non-profit boards, including audit and finance committees and is qualified to serve on audit committees as a financial expert.

Currently, Brad is the COO/EVP of Smead Manufacturing Company, a 115-year-old privately held company.

As one of Grant Thornton LLP’s human capital practice leaders, Bob advises boards and senior leadership on the strategic, governance, and technical aspects of executive and employee rewards. Bob’s corporate and client experiences span over 25 years as a total rewards and human resources leader. Bob earned his master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University and completed advanced studies in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Joshua Bushard Audit Partner Grant Thornton

Josh Bushard is Grant Thornton’s Audit Services practice leader for the Great Plains market territory, which includes the firm’s Minneapolis, Kansas City, Wichita and St. Louis offices, as well as the Omaha and Des Moines markets. He has more than 20 years of accounting and audit experience.  In addition to his service to public and private companies in the Audit Services practice, Bushard spent three years completing a wide range of special projects for Grant Thornton’s CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Those experiences have provided significant perspective on corporate governance and strategy execution, which he shares with management and boards.  His experience ranges from development stage entities to established mid-cap public companies.
