Due Diligence for the Board Candidate – Overcoming the Risks of Joining a Private Board

You have been asked, but how do you decide whether to say “Yes”? With a private company, where do I go to gather vital business and financial information about the company you intend to join? How do you access the degree of risk entailed in the appointment? What type of D&O insurance coverage is in place? etc.

Hosted by USI Insurance, we will enjoy time for networking and a discussion with a panel of experts as we discuss the due diligence required by the candidate before joining a private board.
