Joe Reardon co-leads the Executive Search practice at Versique and is a 20-year veteran of the finance and accounting industry, having held roles such as CFO and Controller. Over 15 years ago, Joe transitioned into the executive search industry. After leading Versique’s Finance and Accounting practice for 8+ years, Joe transitioned into Versique’s Executive Search practice, where he focuses on matching high-level executives with the right opportunities within forward-thinking companies. His deep industry knowledge and experience have proven to be a valuable resource to his clients in filling critically important positions, with a focus on Board of Directors, CEOs, Presidents, and C-level positions, with an emphasis on family-owned companies in generational transition.

Amy was elected in 2023 to the Nortech Systems (Nasdaq: NSYS) Board of Directors, serving as the Chair of the Nortech Nominating and Governance Committee, and is a member of Nortech’s Science and Technology Committee. She is the president of the Private Director Association MN Chapter, a PDA and NACD Certified Director, and a member of the Women Corporate Directors - MN Engage Team. She serves on the American Red Cross Minnesota-Dakotas Region Board and previously served on the Board of NorthCountry Federal Credit Union. She is also a sustainability consultant at WSB, working with organizations across the U.S. to manage risk and leverage strategic ESG opportunities to grow business value. 

    

Shay Wyley

Shay Wyley is an experienced Board Director for several privately held companies and non-profits across a variety of sectors. In addition to chairing the board of Thermflo Inc. and its sister company Zonatherm Products Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical thermal management and standby power solutions, Shay also serves on the boards of Kent Corporation, a large and diversified business with corn wet milling, animal feed and food subsidiaries and Park Industries, a leader in the stone working equipment industry. In his executive career, he has also engaged with joint venture boards in The Philippines and South Africa. Shay’s executive career included 27 years at General Mills Inc., from which he retired as Managing Director of the Haagen-Dazs International Restaurant business. For much of his career at General Mills, Shay was Managing Director of various international businesses and completed expatriate assignments in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Kris Petersen is an experienced board director for nonprofit and for-profit boards, including Board Chair for Friends of Ngong Road, think2perform, The Disruptive Element, and think2perform Research Institute. She recently completed three terms (9 years) as board director and Finance, Audit, and Investment Committee Chair for Hennepin County Medical Center. Kris is currently an executive coach for think2perform and The Disruptive Element. Earlier in her career, she was an Executive with Ameriprise Financial, American Express Financial Advisors, and US Bank.
