Panelists

Larry King is a proven and effective Board Director, strategic leader, serial entrepreneur and business builder with over 40 years of extensive experience assisting companies with growth and complex transactions. He is considered a highly effective client facing executive, active in finance and accounting, marketing, business development and brand building. Larry strives to achieve collaboration at all levels of an organization by setting an example.

Larry currently serves on several Advisory Boards and has served as a Lead Director, Audit Committee Chair, and member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee for a public company and as a Board member for numerous private companies. He was awarded the Constantine “Connie” Konstans Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance in 2023. Larry has completed the Certificate in Private Company Governance, the Certificate in Cybersecurity Board Governance, the Private Equity Company Governance Course and the ESOP Governance Essentials Course offered through Private Directors Association. He is a member of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance, Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas and a past member of NACD.

Dave is the founder of New Paradigm Advisors, a boutique coaching and advisory firm that goes beyond strategy and operations to help leaders break through barriers— both professional and personal—so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Dave is a long time member of the Private Directors Association Dallas - Fort Worth Chapter and serves as the Chapter Membership and Engagement Committee Chair.

Debra is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives (FASAE) and an experienced Certified Association Executive (CAE) and CEO/Executive Director with a successful record of leading professional and trade nonprofits, She brings an organization's mission to life by improving operations, strengthening financial performance, creating vibrant stakeholder communities, and delivering exceptional member experiences. Debra joined Private Directors Association in late 2023 as President & CEO after an extensive search led by our National Board of Directors.

Moderator 

Kathryn is a senior executive financial leader known for her pragmatic approach to problem solving. Her passion is to inspire positive change and continuous improvement. Kathryn has a background in several industries (Consulting, Financial Services, Technology Outsourcing Services, Horse Racing, Hospitality, Non-profit, and Casino Gambling). She currently serves on several non-profit boards and has served as Chair, Finance Chair, and Governance roles.
