Lisa is a strategic advisor, best-selling author, and the founder of Lcubed Consulting, specializing in helping organizations enhance agility, operational efficiency, and long-term resilience.  Alyssa Gelbard

Alyssa Gelbard is the Founder and CEO of Point Road Group, an employee and executive branding firm that helps companies accelerate growth through their most powerful asset – their people. Point Road Group transforms teams into better brand ambassadors who attract more customers and enhance stakeholder relationships. They also help executives land a job or board seat with strategic personal branding. Alyssa has been advising CEOs, leadership teams, and board directors for more than a decade on employee branding, brand strategy, and human capital, aligning these elements with business strategy to drive credibility, trust, and revenue growth. As an expert and frequent speaker on executive branding and board search readiness, Alyssa is a strong advocate for getting more women into the C-suite and boardroom and is proud to have built a company led by women. Her unique perspective stems from a background in strategic marketing, branding, and communications, where she held leadership roles in the biomedical research, technology, and sports & entertainment industries. Alyssa serves on the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International, Advisory Board of the Graduate Sports Leadership Program at Endicott College, and is Co-President of the Private Directors Association NY Chapter. She is an elected member of the Tufts University Alumni Council and Co-Chair of the Tufts Women's Network in New York. She previously served on the Advisory Board of Peterra Kitchen. A member of Vistage, Alyssa has an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, a BA in Sociology from Tufts University, and a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association.

 

 

Dwaine Canova

Dwaine advises C-suites and boards. He is an experienced international entrepreneur, author, speaker, and consultant who has designed and implemented Internet-based technologies for executive teams to lead and manage all types of enterprises. This includes engagements to help grow SaaS business model companies. He is passionate about helping executive teams enhance the quality of the workplace and make people's lives robust and rewarding. His experience includes starting a company with one employee and growing it to 3,000 employees in 5 countries with dozens of $billion+ companies as clients and alliance partners. He served as CEO of 3 and COO of 2 other companies, as well as a consultant and coach for several organizations in the last two decades. He was an instructor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a teaching fellow at the Wharton School, where he earned his MBA. His published writing includes “The Leadership Framework for Executive Teams,” “Exceptional Executive Teams,” “How I Lead and Manage,” and a series of books entitled “A Framework for Leading™.” The series presents a leadership methodology to establish an executive leadership system in organizations for leaders and managers of small and midsize enterprises.
