Alison is an independent director and Chair of the Risk Committee of Rabobank North America. Alison is also an independent director of the board of Sigma360, a leading AI-driven risk intelligence platform used by global organizations. Alison is an advisory board member at Duality Technologies, which provides privacy-enhancing encryption capabilities for securely collaborating on sensitive data across organizations’ ecosystems. She is active in the global public policy arena to advocate for regulatory changes to improve financial crime risk management.
Alison served as the Global Head of Anti-Money Laundering Compliance at Citigroup. Prior to Citi, Alison was the Global and US Leader of Deloitte’s AML and Sanctions Consulting Practice, a Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments in retail and institutional businesses, and she started her career with Andersen Consulting where she was a Partner.
