Alison Clew

Alison is an independent director and Chair of the Risk Committee of Rabobank North America. Alison is also an independent director of the board of Sigma360, a leading AI-driven risk intelligence platform used by global organizations. Alison is an advisory board member at Duality Technologies, which provides privacy-enhancing encryption capabilities for securely collaborating on sensitive data across organizations’ ecosystems. She is active in the global public policy arena to advocate for regulatory changes to improve financial crime risk management.

Alison served as the Global Head of Anti-Money Laundering Compliance at Citigroup. Prior to Citi, Alison was the Global and US Leader of Deloitte’s AML and Sanctions Consulting Practice, a Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments in retail and institutional businesses, and she started her career with Andersen Consulting where she was a Partner.

Carol Beaumier

Carol leads Protiviti’s Global Thought Leadership program. Carol has served in a number of leading risk management roles, including as a regulator with the Office of Comptroller of the Currency; a founding member of the Secura Group; and a Partner with Andersen’s Financial Services Regulatory practice.

Jackie Shoback

Jackie Shoback is a public board director, former C-suite executive, and Co-Founder of 1414 Ventures, an early-stage venture firm focused on the nearly $1T Digital Identity market. Jackie is also an independent board director at TruStage, a $5B in revenue diversified financial services company, COO and board director at Everest Consolidator (MNTN), and an advisory board member of Perspective Equity Partners, a middle market PE Fund.

Carl leads our Boston market and is a Managing Director in our Internal Audit and Advisory practice. Carl has over 20 years of experience in the technology audit and risk advisory profession. Throughout his career, Carl has demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities of technology risk management and has worked with Chief Audit and Risk Executives to develop effective strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology-related risks.
