Nicholas McClay, CPA Nashville Office Managing Partner

Nicholas is Calvetti Ferguson’s Nashville Office Managing Partner and Risk Advisory Partner-in-Charge, advising clients and boards across Accounting & Reporting, Governance, Risk, & Controls, Internal Audit, and Technology. Nicholas serves private and public clients in a variety of industries as well as possessing extensive industry experience in the heavily regulated financial services industry, serving banking, fintech, mortgage, consumer finance, wealth and asset managers, and venture, private equity, and mutual funds that invest in diverse industries and businesses. In his previous role as a market leader at a Big Four firm, Nicholas established and built a dedicated business unit for the financial services industry in Nashville. Along with his strategic initiatives, he also is active in the Nashville community as the President of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Opera and was a Mentor for the Nashville Entrepreneur Center’s inaugural Project Fintech cohort.
