Kevin Palisi MBA, SHRM-SCP

Kevin Palisi has over twenty years of talent acquisition and organizational strategy experience in life sciences and healthcare. Mr. Palisi is the Founder and Managing Director of Ancora Search, a retained executive search and advisory firm focused on assisting innovative life sciences and health tech companies build board, executive, and operating teams. Mr. Palisi is an advisor to and co-founder of several early-stage biotech companies. He built the founding team at RIGImmune, Inc, a Yale spinout. He co-founded PanV, Inc., a biotechnology spun out of the Iwasaki Laboratory at Yale University, developing pan-viral assets targeting diverse viruses. Prior to Ancora, Mr. Palisi served as a Principal at Korn Ferry International in their Global Healthcare Services Practice. Earlier he was a member of Korn Ferry’s Life Science practice where he successfully conducted executive searches for both public and private biopharmaceutical companies including multiple Board, CEO, CFO, CSO, CMO, and other operational and commercial roles. Previously, Mr. Palisi served as Director of Talent Acquisition for Magellan Health, a publicly traded specialty health services company with businesses in Behavioral Health Management, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Radiology Benefit Management, and integrated Health Insurance Plans. Mr. Palisi holds a B.A. and MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven. He is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). 

Alyssa Gelbard Founder & CEO Point Road Group

Alyssa Gelbard is the Founder and CEO of Point Road Group, an employee and executive branding firm that helps companies accelerate growth through their most powerful asset – their people. Point Road Group transforms teams into better brand ambassadors who attract more customers and enhance stakeholder relationships. They also help executives land a job or board seat with strategic personal branding.

Alyssa has been advising CEOs, leadership teams and board directors for more than a decade on employee branding, brand strategy and human capital, aligning these elements with business strategy to drive credibility, trust and revenue growth.

As an expert and frequent speaker on executive branding and board search readiness, Alyssa is a strong advocate for getting more women into the C-suite and boardroom and is proud to have built a company led by women. Her unique perspective stems from a background in strategic marketing, branding and communications, where she held leadership roles in the biomedical research, technology and sports & entertainment industries.

Alyssa serves on the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International, Advisory Board of the Graduate Sports Leadership Program at Endicott College and is Co-President of the Private Directors Association NY Chapter. She is an elected member of the Tufts University Alumni Council and Co-Chair of the Tufts Women's Network in New York.
