Board Readiness Workshop 2: Resumes and Interviews

Overview

Randy Samsel, CEO of eSearch and PDA member, will once again offer free virtual sessions to help members be prepared for a board search. Randy is an award-winning board member with for-profit, nonprofit and professional association board experience. His company provides coaching and executive search services, including board placement. He is certified in private company governance through PDA and serves as a Board Governance Certification Mentor.

Members may register for either session or both.  The 1.5-hour sessions are designed to be interactive, with the final 30 minutes open for Q&A. Participants are limited to 15 per session. You will receive materials in advance of the sessions.

Randy has worked in the talent and executive search field for 25 years. In his practice, Randy works closely with executives and business owners to help them develop talent strategies to attract and retain game-changing leaders.

In 2020, Randy started a Career Coaching practice to help even more people reach their career and job search goals. In addition to his search business, Randy is a certified Human Capital Strategist. As a business owner himself, Randy understands that talent strategy is only valuable if it supports overall business strategy. 

Randy is a frequent speaker and author on talent and careers. He was recently a featured speaker on the HR Cruise and has presented his Talent Strategy and Career Management concepts to professional associations, including The Financial Executives International, The Institute of Internal Auditors, The Institute of Management Accountants, Entrepreneur’s Edge, and SCORE.
