Koenig, QRD®, President and Chief Executive Officer of the DCRO Risk Governance Institute and award-winning author of Governance Reimagined: Organizational Design, Risk, and Value Creation and The Board Member’s Guide to Risk. David’s organization works with board members and C-level executives around the world to help them be more effective in their board service, to better differentiate themselves for future and additional board service, and to learn to embrace risk as part of the board’s essential governance work.
