John has been a leader in both the business and philanthropic communities in Cincinnati for over 40 years. As a CEO, John led and achieved major growth for Midmark Corporation and Ampac Packaging, both domestically and internationally, across three industries and seven markets serving customers in 90+ countries. His impact as a leader is evidenced by his companies being recognized with several major awards, including Entrepreneur Vision Award from the Entrepreneur Organization of Cincinnati (2014), Entrepreneur of the Year from Ernst & Young (2005), and Deal Maker of the Year Award from Association for Corporate Growth (2003, 2012).
John has provided active leadership to 18 boards throughout his career, including his current board roles with Midmark Corporation, Blue Alliance (previously Path Forward), Zumbiel Packaging and LOTH Office Furniture. He has also served as board member for Cincinnati Parks Foundation, Cincinnati Museum Center, amongst others. John received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Xavier University

Jerry Reichert Lead Director, EVP CBT Company |
Jerry currently serves as the Lead Director and EVP of the CBT Company which is a second generation $300 million, 300-person industrial distribution business. He is currently serving on the Board of six private boards. From 2004 to 2012 he served as COO for Aurora Casket Company, a fourth generation company which was sold to a Private equity group in 2012. He was a partner in Arthur Andersen & Co. through 2002 and then transitioned to Deloitte Touche. During his time with these professional services firms, he advised hundreds of family businesses.
Jerry is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College.

Pete has been a Partner at the investment bank of Anderson LeNeave & Co. since 2008. He has been an entrepreneur and key executive at several public and privately held companies throughout his career. Prior to joining Anderson LeNeave, he led Diebold Incorporated’s (NYSE: DBD) acquisition expansion efforts in the Carolinas. Prior to Diebold, Mr. Wright was President and CEO of Trinity Security, a company he formed to acquire fire and security products distributors and integrators, which was successfully built and sold to Diebold. He helped found as employee number three Lionbridge Technologies, where he served as Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Sales and helped lead the company to a successful public offering on the NASDAQ. Mr. Wright received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University. He holds Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.
