The role of the agile director on 5 boards that share nothing in common, privately held and publicly traded, 300 employees to over 10,000, and industries as diverse as they come. Join our President Inge Plautz and Mara Swan, Human Capital Expert, PE Operating Partner and Board Member for a dynamic discussion on the role Mara plays on the boards she serves and how to add value. You will not want to miss our end of year holiday gathering at Bristlecone, nestled in rolling Kettle Moraine topography sculpted by the glaciers of the last ice age. In fact bring a friend, they will thank you!
