Mark Weber is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Croixstone Consulting, a Charlotte-based professional services firm that provides management consulting, interim leadership and executive search services to clients across the USA. In his role as a Partner with the Charlotte Affiliate of Social Venture Partners Charlotte (SVP), Mark provides board training to nonprofit boards and leaders across the Charlotte region. Mark has served on the boards of SVP (as a member) and ourBRIDGE for KIDS (as Board Chair and as a member of the marketing committee).

Strengths include extensive experience in corporate finance, public/private debt capital raising for issuing clients, optimal capital structure analysis, liquidity/capital management, hedging rates/FX/commodity risk exposures, trade/supply chain finance, credit risk origination/management, leading syndicated bank credit facilities, treasury management, international banking requirements. He is a former Senior Corporate Banker/Managing Director for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Corporate and Investment Bank, Global Industrials Group developing deep client banking relationships for over 15 years. Brian Jeckering COO of Greenbridge Board member/Advisor at Greenbridge and Evergreen

Brian currently serves as COO of Greenbridge and on the board of Evergreen, Greenbridge and OMStrap, one of Greenbrige’s European investments, and also serves in an advisory capacity concerning M&A, due diligence and operations. Brian previously worked for Polychem, LLC from 1998 to 2019 and served on its board throughout this period. In 2003, Brian became President of Polychem’s consumables and systems business and was promoted to CEO and President in 2008 including its Evergreen Recycling Division. During his tenure at Polychem, he and the management team transformed via strategic investments and acquisitions from a consumables only plastic strapping manufacturer to a securement packaging solutions company that manufactures or owns 95% of the products it sells. Polychem Corporation was acquired by The Sterling Group in 2019 and lead the management team though this strategic process to a successful outcome. Prior to Polychem Brian performed acquisitions for a small group of regional equity investors, worked as a management consultant for Deloitte &Touche, and was a electronic control systems engineer for Pratt & Whitney for various military aircraft programs. Brian received his B.S.E.E. from the Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
