He has always been focused on driving value creation through technology enablement and an attitude of delivering measurable outcomes and “speed to value” through alignment and translation of PE Sponsor expectations with CXOs new to Private Equity. John has been an operator in industry, worked in Private Equity and has experience in Professional Services providing value creations solutions to Private Equity through his time at CohnReznick, RGP and AWS ownership.

Jon F. Weber leads Jon F Weber & Co., an advisory firm that supports creditors in operationally intensive restructurings.  Previously, he created and led operating partner groups for over 20 years at institutional investors, including Goldman Sachs, Icahn Enterprises, and Elliott Investment Management. He has impacted dozens of portfolio companies in a broad range of industries through operational engagement, talent management, and effective oversight in partnership with management driving change as a board member, senior executive, and board-level advisor for companies in the Americas and Europe.

Jay Dietz CEO of a PE Portco

Since 2022, Jay has served as CEO of Vantage Elevator Solutions. Vantage is an elevator solution, component, and parts supplier, based in the Bronx, NY with business units and regional service centers serving the U.S., Canadian, and U.K. markets. From 2010-2022, Jay served in several Senior Vice President roles for KONE Americas. In these various roles, he was responsible for sales and field operations, business planning, growth & profitability, product life cycle management, technical services, technical training and technical support functions.

Jay progressed through sales, sales management, and branch, region and Americas level management roles after starting his career with KONE in 1990. Jay graduated from the University of Iowa.

David Knopf Co-Managing Partner KDSA Investment Partners

David Knopf is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Co-Managing Partner at KDSA Investment Partners in New York since January 2024, David has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's investment strategies. He also serves as a Board Member at InterPrice Technologies, a position he has held since June 2023.

Previously, David was at the helm of LIVEKINDLY Collective, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from June 2022 to March 2024 and as Chief Financial Officer from July 2020 to March 2024. His leadership was instrumental in driving the company's growth and financial stability. David's impressive career also includes significant tenure at 3G Capital, where he advanced from Analyst to Partner, and key roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Chief Financial Officer.

Susan is an Assurance Partner and leads PwC’s Private team in New Jersey. With over 30 years of experience in audit and assurance, Susan has worked with Fortune 50, middle market and early stage companies across several industries - services, retail & consumer products, technology, and manufacturing/distribution.

Currently, Susan is the lead audit partner on several Private clients with revenues ranging from $30 million to several billion, many of whom are owned by Private Equity Firms. She assists many companies in improving their operational, financial, and compliance processes and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their business.

Susan’s accounting specialties include complex revenue recognition, transaction and acquisition accounting, and initial public offerings. She has developed a broad base of business knowledge, including external and internal audit, business processes and controls, transaction assistance and general consulting.
