If visitor parking is full on the top level, please utilize the Lake Hearn parking garage entrance (Building 2002) and take the elevator to the lobby level to access the building. The parking garage can be accessed from the back of the building at Lake Hearn Dr. NE. The parking garage is free parking. After parking, head to the parking garage elevators, and proceed to the main lobby. Once you enter the lobby, please proceed up the main elevators to the 18th Floor.

Speakers

Amanda Hunter is an accomplished executive recruiter and attorney. As a Senior Associate with Korn Ferry's Board & CEO practice and Legal practice areas, Amanda has worked on many engagements across industries, including technology, industrial, and retail. She has interviewed many executives for potential board opportunities, and she has reviewed hundreds of resumes and board bios. Before joining Korn Ferry, Amanda spent over 15 years practicing law in the state of Florida. Her private sector experience includes employment law and conflicts law, and her public sector experience includes serving as in-house counsel to senior leaders at two state agencies. Amanda earned a Juris Doctor from The Florida State University College of Law, where she also completed a study abroad program at the University of Oxford. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with honors, from Florida A & M University.

Emily Kapit is a 3X-certified Master Resume Writer as well as an industry leading career strategist and career resilience expert. She is also the Founder of ReFresh Your Step, LLC, a career advisory firm with clients located nationally and internationally. She and her team collaborate extensively with senior and executive-level clients on The Kapitalize Process, an innovative methodology that addresses all facets of one’s career progression (internal & external) and resilience, including tactical career guidance, job search strategies, mock interviews, negotiation tactics, written professional assets, and more. Shoukat Ali Bhamani is a visionary business and technology transformational leader with a proven track record in driving strategic digital innovation across diverse industries such as retail, industrial, automotive, aerospace, R&D, and manufacturing. With executive experience as Chief Information/Digital/Technology Officers at Serta Simmons Bedding and Schaeffler, Shoukat is recognized for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to deliver measurable value and sustainable growth. His leadership extends to strategic partnerships, M&A initiatives, and operational excellence, and has been recognized with the prestigious CIO of the Year ORBiE Award. . Shoukat has served on advisory boards, including his current role at RKTech Corporation, and previously as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Medina County Libraries in Ohio. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA. He is currently serving as an interim CIO for a $700M manufacturing corporation and a fractional CTO for Global Encounters.
