Art Hopkins is a seasoned leader at Russell Reynolds Associates, heading the Global Technology Officers Practice and playing a pivotal role in the Board & CEO Advisory Partners team, where he advises clients across sectors on leadership strategies. His expertise encompasses CTIO, digital, data, and CTO roles, with a keen focus on evolving tech executive responsibilities. Art also co-leads the firm's global Diversity and Inclusion Practice. He has executed numerous recent board and technology executive searches across industries like financial services, private equity, retail, and energy, alongside recruiting executive teams for major professional services firms. Noteworthy achievements include recruiting the inaugural chief inclusion officer for a leading global e-commerce company and the CEO of a national civil and human rights organization. Art emphasizes "belonging" as a vital element in holistic DE&I approaches. Before joining Russell Reynolds, he served as CEO of Atlanta-based Macquarium, leading its transformation into an industry-leading design firm. Art's community involvement includes serving on the boards of organizations like the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, Sparq (formerly Rural Sourcing Inc.), the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and Junior Achievement of Georgia, with previous roles on the Georgia Commission for School Board Excellence and as Board Chair of the WEB DuBois Society. He holds a BA in finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Katie Mitchell Tucker is a seasoned leader at Spencer Stuart, where she heads the Americas Healthcare Practice while also contributing to the Digital and Technology Officer Practice, with a particular emphasis on health tech and digital health sectors. With over 20 years of technology-focused executive search experience, she specializes in recruiting executives who lead technology-driven transformations and integrate emerging technologies across various industries. Katie's expertise extends to unlocking the value of new technology for both innovating companies and those seeking effective implementation strategies. Additionally, she brings extensive experience in board recruiting, having successfully placed executives on the boards of several organizations, where she leverages her insights to drive strategic decisions and foster innovation. Andrea has a profound interest in cultivating robust organizations, particularly in assisting private equity- and venture-backed companies with innovative executive talent strategies. She actively contributes to the Astia community as a startup company advisor and mentors executives through the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. Committed to strong governance, Andrea serves as Chair of the Membership Committee for the Atlanta chapter of the Private Directors Association and holds certification in Private Company Board Governance.
