Brad Bulkley is founder and president of Dallas-based Bulkley Capital, L.P., a 37-year-old middle market financial advisory and mergers & acquisition firm working with private and closely held companies nationwide.
Bulkley has more than 10 years of public board experience and has served for over 25 years on private boards. He is published frequently on the topic of corporate governance.
Bulkley currently serves as lead director for Manhattan-based, family-owned Denihan Hospitality Group. He also serves as a director for both MJM Yachts, a manufacturer based in Washington, NC, and Meriton, LLC (Texas Air) in Dallas. He is the past lead director for Dallas-based The Brandt Companies’ Strategic Advisory Board. Previously, Bulkley served as a statutory board member and Co-Chairman of Membership for the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow.

Sandra Beach Lin is a member of the Board of Directors of American Electric Power, Avient Corporation, Trinseo Plc, Interface Biologics, and Ripple Therapeutics. She also served on the board of WESCO International from 2002-17. Ms. Beach Lin is the retired President & Chief Executive Officer of Calisolar, Inc. (now Silicor Materials). She previously served as Corporate Executive Vice President of Celanese Corporation, where she led a group of global Specialty Materials businesses. Prior to Celanese, Ms. Beach Lin held senior executive positions at Avery Dennison Corporation, Alcoa and Honeywell International. Ms. Beach Lin graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business degree, and received her MBA from the Ross School at the University of Michigan. In 2013 she was named to the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship 100. Ms. Beach Lin is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. She is a 2014 Honoree of the Dallas Business Journal’s Outstanding Directors Award. She is a member of the Executive Board of Delta Delta Delta sorority, a member of the Committee of 200, the International Women’s Forum and the Dallas Assembly.

Mark Layman is the former CEO and Chairman of Balfour Beatty Construction and has over 30 years of operational and financial leadership experience in the commercial construction industry. Mark was an integral leader in transforming the business from a relatively small player into a leading US commercial builder with $4.B in revenues and repeatedly recognized on Fortune’s ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list. In 2015, Mark was recognized by D-CEO Magazine as ‘CEO Changemaker of the year’ for Dallas. In his roles, Mark has served under both US and UK public boards. Currently, Mark serves as Chairman of Power Construction. Power is a $1.2B family and management owned business and is the premier commercial builder in Chicago. Additionally, Mark serves on the Advisory Board for Meriton, LLC (Texas Air) in Dallas and is on the Board of Trustees (past chairman) for Trinity Christian Academy in Dallas.

Greg Bustin is a leadership coach, consultant, author and speaker. He leads four peer advisory groups in Dallas for CEOs, presidents, partners and senior executives, and he’s delivered more than 500 presentations on five continents. Greg led the turnaround of the Dallas office of Edelman Worldwide before founding his own marketing management consultancy where he works with the leaderships teams of multinational companies as well as small and mid-sized firms. He’s written five leadership books, including Accountability: The Key to Driving A High-Performance Culture (McGraw-Hill), which has been selected by Soundview as a Best Business Book.
