PDA Membership Categories Defined: Your Guide to the Perfect Fit
PDA offers three membership categories—Individual, Corporate, and Organizational—so professionals and institutions can choose the level of access and support that best fits their goals in private company governance.
Individual Membership ($495)
Who it’s for: Directors, executives, and private company owners.
Individual Membership is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their governance expertise, expand their network, and stay current on the issues shaping private company boardrooms.
Corporate Membership (two tiers, starting at $2,700)
Who it’s for: Boards of directors and boards of advisors.
Corporate Membership is built for companies that want to enhance private company value through high-functioning boards. It supports organizations that are investing in stronger oversight, better decision-making, and more effective board leadership.
Corporate Membership tiers:
- $2,700 for up to six members
- $4,400 for up to 10 members
- Additional members:$420 per person
- Senior executives: Welcome to join under the company membership
Organizational Membership (two tiers, starting at $2,700)
Who it’s for: Business schools (MBA students, faculty, staff, and family business centers), alumni networks, executive search and career advisory firms, and other relevant nonprofit associations.
Organizational Membership is designed for institutions and networks that support governance education, board readiness, and leadership development. It’s a practical way to extend PDA resources and community access to a broader group under one membership.
Organizational Membership tiers:
- $2,700 for up to six members
- $4,400 for up to 10 members
- Additional members:$420 per person
