Espinosa Tapped as New Dallas-Fort Worth President

Alain Espinosa is the new President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter with Kathryn Loo moving into the Past President role.

 

Alain is a global cybersecurity and risk executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across retail, financial services, technology, and consulting. He currently serves as Director of Cybersecurity Operations at Upbound Group, Inc., where he helps safeguard a $4.5 billion enterprise spanning retail and financial operations, leading corporate security strategy and operations across cyber defense, business resilience, third-party risk, data governance, and incident response.

 

“I am truly honored to step into the role of President for our Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter,” Alain said. “This community has already achieved remarkable success, and I’m excited to keep that momentum building.

 

Alain is a seasoned board member and advisor with deep experience navigating the complexities of private, public, and non-profit governance. As an active mentor and leading voice in cybersecurity, he is a regular fixture on NBC News and other major outlets, where he helps organizations and the public stay ahead of emerging risks.
