Bredikin is New Greater Philadelphia Chapter President
Ted Bredikin, NACD.DC, PMP, has been named President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter, the Private Directors Association announced. Outgoing Chapter President Henry Yaegar will move into the role of Past President.
Bredikin is an accomplished healthcare technology executive and board director who champions organizational culture change coupled with technology transformation. He currently serves as Board Chair for Dunwoody at Home, an in-home care company, and on the board of Bucks County Housing Group, the area’s largest nonprofit provider of food and housing services.
“The strength of our association lies in the shared wisdom of our members,” Bredikin said. “I am honored to lead this chapter as we strive to build connections, share best practices, and elevate the standard of private board governance in the Greater Philadelphia area.”
Bredikin’s strategic leadership and governance expertise are backed by a proven track record of deep operational experience, including his tenure as CIO of a $12B UnitedHealthcare business. In this role, he oversaw a digital transformation program encompassing data and systems modernization, cyber resilience, and AI stewardship. Throughout his career, Bredikin has specialized in aligning cross-functional teams to maximize business performance and drive sustainable growth.
