Tamara Alexander-Johnson has over 30 years of commercial real estate leadership with Fortune 500 companies, REITs, foreign owned firms, and private-equity entities. Her experience in strategic planning enabled her to complete $5B in transactions across office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, vacant land, and water rights assets. She serves on the  Credit Union of Colorado Foundation Board and as Chair of the Board for Family Promise of Greater Denver. She has held board roles as past President of CREW Denver and Treasurer of CoreNet Global of Colorado, and is actively involved with Urban Land Institute, PDA, Women of M&A, and 50/50 Women on Boards. She is a nominee for Bisnow Denver's 2026 Women Leading Real Estate Awards. Since retiring in 2024, Tamara has joined the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business as an Adjunct Professor teaching corporate real estate at the graduate level.
