Brice Gonzales VP, Career Transition & Mobility LHH
|
Brice Gonzales is a sales and operations executive working at the intersection of enterprise go-to-market leadership and applied AI. Over the past five-plus years as a VP at LHH (Lee Hecht Harrison), he has led global sales enablement and operations across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Mexico — driving enterprise quota performance, pipeline transformation, and bid lifecycle discipline across the $5B+ outplacement and career transition market.
Brice is a hands-on practitioner of production AI — designing hybrid LLM architectures, prompt engineering workflows, and data ontology integrations that augment sales, enablement, and talent-mobility functions. His forward-looking work focuses on how AI reshapes the seller’s workflow, the buyer’s journey, and the operating model of modern revenue organizations: from CRM architecture and MEDDIC qualification logic to AI-assisted coaching, content personalization, and RFP response automation.
Earlier in his career, Brice served as interim Chief Learning Officer at Andrews Distributing, where he built the L&D function end-to-end — curriculum, LMS, onboarding, and coaching frameworks — giving him a rare operator’s view of how sales, enablement, and learning technology compound when designed together. He is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
