Lunch and Learn Workshop - Cyber Incident: Prepare, Protect, Perform

Overview

Cyber incidents don’t happen in theory—they happen fast, with real consequences for companies, customers, and boards.

In this highly interactive session, PDA Colorado members will step into a live cyber crisis simulation involving a mid-market company. Acting as a board, you’ll navigate ransomware, data exposure, and stakeholder pressure—making decisions in real time alongside your peers.

This session is designed for active participation. PDA members will moderate discussions at tables acting as a board of directors, with event co-facilitation by technology experts Theresa Szczurek and Wayne Schell.  A supporting subject matter expert from Optiv, the event host, will provide real-world perspective.
