Balancing Agility and Resilience in the Board Room
Join the Private Directors Association and the Women Corporate Directors Group for a panel discussion on how to explore balancing agility and resilience in the boardroom.
In today’s high-velocity risk landscape, directors have evolved from reactive oversight to proactive stewardship. This interactive panel session will explore how to shift your mindset to lead with confidence amid uncertainty. We’ll explore what it means to be a “risk-ready” board—one that balances agility with resilience, challenges outdated assumptions, and embraces its role as a strategic partner in navigating disruption. This session is designed for directors who want to sharpen their oversight lens, challenge the status quo, and leave with actionable insights for their next board meeting.
Key Topics That Will Be Explored - How do boards stay agile enough to respond to fast-moving threats, while resilient enough to withstand them? - How do we evolve from reactive oversight to proactive stewardship? - What does it mean to be truly risk-ready in a world where the definition of risk itself is changing?
Parking: Parking is available on-site.
Registration - Available Onsite: PDA Members: $35 Non-Members: $70
