Jeninne McGee is a retired risk and transformational change professional. With a background in change management and enterprise risk management (ERM), she excels at implementing and overseeing broad, complex change and leading ERM programs. Throughout her career in financial services, she has held leadership positions across both staff and line functions, including operations, technology, change implementation, and risk. Jeninne currently serves on the Boards of First Command Financial Services and Columbia Funds.

Jean Kane Board Director and CEO

Jean Kane, an experienced board director, CEO, and strategic advisor, is best known for driving enterprise-wide business transformations that propel shareholder value. She has a long history of private company and non-profit board service. Jean currently serves on the board of JE Dunn Construction and three portfolio companies for Almanac Realty Advisors. She is a member of Women Corporate Directors and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
