Cybersecurity Incident Response Virtual Workshop
Overview
The alarms are sounding. Systems are compromised. The boardroom is tense.
You're not reading about this cyber crisis in the news—you’re leading through it.
Are you prepared?
On March 5, 2026, the Private Directors Association will host an interactive Cybersecurity Incident Response Virutal Event, led by former U.S. Cyber Czar Richard Clarke and Good Harbor Security Risk Management. This PDA National Series of Distinction event puts participants in the role of a board member as a cyber incident unfolds.
This simulation will reflect the complexity of real-world cyber incidents. With limited information and in the face of escalating risk, you’ll participate in live decision polling to work through a simulated extortion scenario. You'll face board-level decisions about crisis leadership, business continuity, and reputation management while wrestling with AI-driven threats and the evolving cyber risk landscape.
A cyber incident doesn’t wait for the board to be prepared. Don’t miss this opportunity to hone your crisis management skills, test your instincts, and be ready to lead when it matters most.
We will be selecting 4 to 6 registrants, with relevant experience, to serve as panelists who contribute to brief discussions during this simulation of a cybersecurity incident response. If you would like to be considered for this panelist role, please send an email to [email protected] by February 20 with a brief description of your relevant cybersecurity incident response or crisis management experience.
