W. Henry Yaeger PDA Greater Philadelphia Chapter President

W. Henry Yaeger is a strategic CFO, board member, and startup advisor with 25+ years of experience helping organizations align people, priorities, and execution. He is CFO of Plowshare Therapies, a startup biotech, and Managing Principal of Banner Group LLC, a strategic advisory firm. He has co-founded and invested in multiple ventures including Guidehealth, a value-based care platform. Previously, he led corporate strategy at The Hershey Company and held senior finance roles at Unilever. Henry has served on private company, nonprofit, and startup advisory boards. He is Yale MBA, native Spanish speaker, and lives in Lancaster, PA.
