Will Rehrig is the CEO and Chairman of Rehrig Pacific Company, a fourth-generation family business that has been enhancing logistic chains for Fortune 500 companies since 1913. With over 30 years of experience in operations, sales, product development, and management, Will has led Rehrig Pacific's transformation from a manufacturer of injected molded plastic containers to a broad supplier of physical, technological, and service solutions to more than one thousand customers annually. His leadership is characterized by a strong focus on the company's mission and values, ensuring that Rehrig Pacific remains at the forefront of innovation and customer service while maintaining its unique spirit and culture. Shannon DiPietro is an Independent Director for Electri-Cord Manufacturing Co. and chairs their Compensation Committee. She has 30+ years of global business experience across 5 industries, serving as CHRO of TuSimple; VPHR Thermo Fisher’s Life Sciences; and VPHR at privately held SC Johnson. She spent 20+ years at GM in senior HR roles in manufacturing, IT, and sales/marketing. Shannon also had facilities responsibility and led the construction of GM’s building in Shanghai. She worked for Gannett as a reporter and editor. She has a global perspective with multi-year expat assignments in China and Thailand focused on M&A, start-ups, greenfields/brownfields and JVs. She has deep experience in labor relations and contract negotiations in union and non-union environments. She holds certifications in Private, PE, and ESOP company governance from PDA.
