Noelle Swan Managing Director McDermott + Bull

Noelle serves as a Managing Director at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Technology Practice, based in the Metro-NYC area. She has over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, partnering and supporting her clients in their pursuit of top-level candidates who align wholly with their values and culture while also possessing the right experience, skills, and ability. Her expertise resides in Digital Infrastructure, including telecom and broadband, networking, security, wireless, and smart connectivity technologies. 

Throughout her career, Noelle has fostered and nurtured partnerships with publicly traded, VC-backed, and private equity-backed companies, executing intricate executive searches across various functional areas. She has successfully led executive searches for technology firms including Keysight, JMA Wireless, and Arista Networks, has a proven track record of success in building top-down GTM teams for high-growth tech companies, and has extensive experience in recruiting leaders who drive transformative turnarounds.

Shaun Bisman Partner Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP)

Shaun Bisman is a Partner at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has nearly 20 years of experience consulting to management and compensation committees. Shaun provides compensation consulting services to both public and privately held companies, assisting with corporate governance, peer group development, performance measurement, pay for performance validation, incentive plan design, and director compensation

In his role, Shaun assists management and compensation committees in making informed decisions, which is accomplished through working sessions and providing both data and anecdotal experience. This in turn allows management and the compensation committee to pressure test ideas Prior to joining CAP, Shaun was an Associate at Pearl Meyer

Shaun received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. 

Julie Gilbert CEO Full Throttle Growth & Capital

Julie Gilbert is CEO of Full Throttle Growth & Capital, a Top Private Board Chair and Director, and seasoned executive who has founded and scaled 17 businesses—including four unicorns—with deep expertise in growth strategy, M&A, AI, SaaS, and cybersecurity.

Julie currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Asbury Communities, as an Independent Director for Telestream, and on the advisory boards of Roz.AI, Hypatia Capital, and Amateras Capital. She is also a Trustee of the University of Minnesota. Her board focus areas include strategy and growth, M&A, AI and cyber, and technology (including SaaS). She was named a 2025 Top Private Board Director.

Julie was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she was the most distinguished CEO-in-Residence and helped launch McKinsey’s global business-building practice. Previously, she founded and scaled PreciouStatus.AI, a SaaS platform and pioneering AI-driven encrypted communication company. Earlier, she served as Senior Vice President of Growth at Best Buy, where she built five businesses (four unicorns), led two company-wide transformations, and created three enterprise-wide capabilities. She has also held senior leadership roles as Head of Growth at Polaris and as a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Corporate Taxation and M&A practice.

Julie is an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow and founder of the WOLF Foundation, which provides mentorship and networking for retiring senior U.S. military officers.
Julie holds her MBA and Bachelor of Science / Accounting degrees from the University of Minnesota. She also holds an active CPA license.
