Claudia is a Managing Director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center where she provides board education and authors thought leadership on general governance and human capital-related topics for C-suite leaders and boards. Since joining PwC in 2019, has served as a leader of PwC's Trust Leadership Institute and a consultant in the Workforce Transformation practice where she advised clients on corporate culture, leadership development and HR transformation. Claudia is a former CHRO and operational leader who also led her own consulting practice providing leadership development and team effectiveness consulting to executive teams and high-potential emerging leaders. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certified professional coach.

   Director, Governance Insights Center

Catie Hall is a director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, which strives to strengthen the connection between directors, executive teams and investors by helping them navigate the evolving governance landscape. With nearly 20 years of experience at PwC, Catie brings significant experience in risk management, governance risks and controls. Catie focuses on governance research, authors PwC governance publications and speaks to a variety of audiences on governance trends, including risk oversight and cybersecurity oversight. Catie is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in New York), a Certified Internal Auditor and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Accounting.
