Stephen Nasiatka, brings a unique blend of financial expertise, governance perspective, and entrepreneurial creativity to the Private Directors Association – New England community, where he serves as President. With nearly two decades in accounting and finance, including leadership roles at KPMG and Siemens, Stephen has deep experience in audit, M&A integration, and corporate finance. He currently serves as a fractional CFO and is an Advisory Board Director for 5 Star Background Checks.

Alongside his corporate career, Stephen is the Founder and Chief Wine Officer of StephenUncorked, where he designs elevated wine experiences for executives, boards, and professional services firms. His work sits at the intersection of business development and hospitality, using wine as a conduit for meaningful connection and memorable experiences.
