Erica McGeachy Crenshaw is a qualified financial expert, governance leader, and experienced board director with a distinguished career spanning capital markets, entrepreneurship, and board governance. Known for her strategic insight and financial acumen, she brings deep expertise in audit and finance oversight, enterprise risk management, capital strategy, and long-term value creation.
Erica began her career at Goldman Sachs as a sell-side equity research analyst specializing in valuation, financial modeling, and industry analysis. She later founded Execute Now!, a national strategic finance and advisory firm serving public-sector, education, and nonprofit organizations with budgets totaling up to $180 million. Under her leadership, the firm became a trusted advisor for financial restructuring, operational transformation, and sustainability initiatives before her successful exit in 2016.
She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Avila University, where she sits on the Executive, Audit, and Finance Committees and chairs the Presidential Search Committee. She is also Vice Chair of the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art Board of Trustees, serving across Governance, Finance, and Advancement Committees.
In addition, Erica is the Founding President of the Private Directors Association – Kansas City Chapter, advancing governance best practices among corporate directors and executives.
