Kimberly's career includes executive positions for a top tier internet consultancy and a global management consulting firm. As VP of Human Resources for iXL in Colorado she established the Colorado office and grew the organization to 200 employees in 18 months. In 2001 Kimberly joined Hitachi Consulting, a F500 global consultancy as Director of Business Development.
In 2004, she founded Spitfire Group, a software consulting firm, Microsoft Gold Partner and fastest growing company in Boulder County for 2 consecutive years. After selling Spitfire Group in 2007 she founded Goldstone Partners, a talent advisory firm specializing in helping startups and growth stage companies build world class teams.
As an independent director with CFOShare, an accounting and finance advisory firm for growth stage companies, Kimberly recently guided the corporation to a successful exit. Kimberly currently serves as President of the Colorado Chapter of the Private Director’s Association, board director of the Credit Union of Colorado Foundation and Board Director with the Mountain Area Land Trust. She has also served as Board Secretary and member of the governance committee for Rockies Venture Club, the nation’s oldest Angel Club serving angel investors and entrepreneurs globally.
